3.1 Transit Time ( Domestic )
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 - 18 days.
For international shipping, it may take a total of 18 - 25 days.
All Shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 situation. In event that the shipments take longer than expected, FXIBLE will reach out to you and notify you of the delays.
3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 4 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please accept the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps. Make sure to take a picture as proof of parcel damage before opening the package. This way, it will expedite the investigation process and it will be easier for us to open a case and refund you.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be borne by FXIBLE, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
Customers in European countries might be required to pay VAT in order to receive their product at the postal office. FXIBLE will bear all charges from warehouse to delivery but will not be responsible if the customers require to pay other fees in order to receive the product.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations within 72 hours of purchase confirmation. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
